Prime Big Deal Days lands in October, and sofas are one of the categories genuinely worth watching — not every 'deal' during these events is real, but fabric and corner sofas do see legitimate price drops. Here's how to tell the difference and what to actually buy.
Confirmed 2026 dates: Prime Big Deal Days runs 6–7 October 2026 — a 48-hour event, Prime members only. Black Friday falls on 27 November and Cyber Monday on 30 November 2026.
Worth knowing before you commit: on large furniture the deepest cuts usually land in November rather than October. If you're not in a hurry, note the October price and compare it against Black Friday week.
Silver Pick — Budget
A solid compact 2-3 seater that won't dominate a small room. Check the price history before assuming the 'deal' badge means anything — use a price tracker if you're unsure.

Our Honest Verdict
Sofas are genuinely one of the better Prime Big Deal Days categories — unlike electronics, prices don't get discounted as constantly the rest of the year, so an October drop is more likely to be real. Still, measure your space and pick the shape first, deal second.
