We're proud of the sofas we sell. They're quality pieces that deserve a second life — and we want you to feel confident buying one. That's why every sofa comes with a 6 month structural guarantee from the day it's delivered.
If anything fails through normal household use, we'll put it right. No fuss.
✅ What's covered
- ✔️ Frame, joints and structural supports failing under normal use
- ✔️ Springs or webbing collapsing unexpectedly
- ✔️ Legs or fixings breaking through normal sitting
- ✔️ Any fault we missed that wasn't visible at point of sale
❌ What's not covered
- ❌ General wear, fabric fading or surface marks over time
- ❌ Accidental damage, spillages or misuse
- ❌ Damage caused during moving or improper assembly
- ❌ Pre-existing marks described and shown in listing photos
- ❌ Use in commercial or rental properties (Airbnb, offices etc)

- 2 We'll get back to you within 48 hours to assess it
- 3 We'll arrange a repair visit or agree a fair resolution — simple
This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As pre-loved items, satisfactory quality is assessed relative to the age, condition and price paid. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Good Furniture Rehoming Co reserves the right to inspect any claim before agreeing a resolution.
